Villa is only 500 meters away from the center of Orebic and a few meters away from the popular and beautiful pebble beach Trstenica. The property spreads over 12,000 square meters of land with a lush Mediterranean garden surrounding it and represents a true hideaway offering complete privacy and serenity. From the pool terrace, through the garden, there is a path leading to the sea.

Villa Grande Orebic was built in the 1960s and designed in a contemporary style with plenty of unique details making it comfortable and offering a home away from home feeling. Large terraces with a sea view, spacious interiors, an outdoor living area, a large swimming pool, and a wonderful pebble beach below the villa make this villa a perfect Croatian holiday villa.

With eight bedrooms, Villa Grande Orebic can accommodate large families or groups of friends of 12 people. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, six bedrooms have their own private bathroom, while two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Bedrooms feature SAT TV.

The central part of Villa Grande Orebic features a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, fridge with ice maker, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, juice maker, blender, 2 grills) and large terraces with outdoor dining and lounge areas. Each terrace offers a magical sea view. In this area, there are also two additional guest toilets.

In the right wing of Villa Grande Orebic, there are four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and beautiful sea-view terraces. The master bedroom offers two terraces with garden furniture and a small working area available for the guests. One separate bathroom with a shower is also in this part of the villa.

There are two double bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms in the left wing of the villa and two more bedrooms here that can be connected into a family room. These two bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower.

There is a furnished path from the central part of the villa that leads from the elevated part of the property to a swimming pool terrace with a summer kitchen and a large covered stone barbecue, dining area, and a wine bar. The pool terrace is surrounded by greenery and overlooks the shimmering sea. Villa Grande Orebic is built in a U shape with a central living area and terraces facing the pool and the sea.
