Next to the spacious terrace, a spectacular infinity pool is placed where you can watch the magical sunrise and enjoy the magical scenery. A great addition to this stunning villa is a private beach, only a few steps away, where you can relax and immerse yourself in a crystal clear Adriatic sea.

Villa Golden Paradise spreads over two floors and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor infinity pool, a terrace with a panoramic sea view, and a private beach. It is a perfect vacation villa in Dubrovnik for 7 guests.

On the first floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has multiple patio doors that let the natural light in and offer beautiful outdoor views. The living area is airy, bright, spacious, and equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Next to the living room is a modern dining room connected to a small, charming kitchen. On this floor, you can also find one bathroom with a tub and shower.

The second floor features four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are decorated in a modern style, with light blue walls and contemporary white furniture, ensuring the space feels light and airy. The master bedroom has a balcony with a magnificent view and a bathroom with a shower, while the smallest one has a single bed and a garden view. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV. On this floor, you will also find another bathroom with a shower.

There is also an annex building / SUITE with a capacity of 3 people, located just next to the main building and contains a double queen size bed + sofa folding bed, spacious bathroom with shower & bathtub, and own terrace.
