This stunning luxury villa with an indoor heated pool in Primosten, Sibenik is part of a unique villa complex consisting of seven luxurious villas. Located just 2 km from the beautiful town of Primosten and only 30 meters from the sea and the private beach, it is ideal for a true Dalmatian vacation.

Primosten is a charming town hidden among the pine trees and surrounded by crystal clear sea. It is well recognized for its authentic stone houses, maintained vineyards, and old churches.

Villa Eloise 6 is spread over three floors and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, an indoor pool, a sauna with a shower, and access to the private beach and it can accommodate 6 guests.

The ground floor of the villa features a well-equipped modern kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area with a flat-screen TV. Villa's interior is designed in a contemporary style with lots of details and it's full of light.

On the lower floor, there is an indoor pool (16 square meters), sauna with shower, and direct access to the sunny terrace and the nature around.

The first floor features 3 en-suite bedrooms. Each room is equipped with LCD TV and has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in an abundance of natural light and emphasize the wonderful view.

Villa Eloise 6 has Wi-Fi Internet access, and a video intercom and it is fully air-conditioned. There is also private parking for two cars at the guest's disposal.
