This 5-star villa is set in the perfect location, only 5 meters from the crystal clear azure sea and a rocky private beach. Besides the villa, prepare to be enchanted with a fantastic plot of 820 square meters decorated with stone walls, Mediterranean greenery, and a large infinity-edge swimming pool. A tiled terrace surrounds the 11-meter-long pool with outdoor furniture, a dining table, a barbecue, and sun loungers. This area is ideal for evening gatherings during hot summer nights, preparing meals, and having alfresco lunch and dinner while chatting with friends.

Villa Dolce Vita Selca covers an area of 550 square meters, spreads over three floors, and has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, one toilet, an infinity pool, a sauna, a gym, a billiard room, an elevator, a berth at sea in front of the villa and is suitable accommodation for 12 guests.

The ground floor offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with Miele appliances, a storage room with a wine cellar, a dining room with an elegant table for 12, a living room with a comfortable modern sofa and diamond-shaped coffee table, a fireplace, and an SAT TV. This floor also has a separate area with a sauna, shower, toilet, and billiard room. An internal staircase and elevator will lead you to the first floor, where you will find the first master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It has a separate dressing room and a private terrace with a fantastic view, ideal for sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the fresh breeze from the Adriatic sea. On the same floor are two more bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and a walk-in dressing room connected by a large terrace overlooking the sea.

There is also a small gym with a flat-screen TV, mirror wall, and office desk with printer, scanner, and photocopier on this floor. The second floor consists of three bedrooms with an outstanding sea view.

The Master bedroom is stylishly decorated and has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a separate dressing room. Two more bedrooms have a king-size bed (separable), a walk-in dressing room, and a separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a large showering area and a bench to suit the needs of people with disabilities.
