This vacation villa consists of the main house with two double bedrooms, a studio apartment on top, and two adjacent buildings. One has a double bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area, while the other comprises a private fitness area with a sauna and a private garage for the guests. Villa Aura Dubrovnik is ideal for 10+2 guests.

On the ground floor of the main house, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a direct exit to the pool terrace. The first floor features two bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to a gloriet with a lovely view over the Gruz port and the marina. In the attic, you will be welcomed by a spacious studio apartment with a king-sized bed, a dining area with a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

A lovely terrace with a swimming pool is surrounded by high walls offering complete privacy and a peaceful vacation away from the city noise. The beautiful outdoor dining area and sunbeds around the pool allow you to enjoy some fresh air while having a glass of Croatian wine and tasting the delicious local food. Next to the pool, you will enter the private fitness area and a sauna with a shower. From the terrace, you can also enter the tavern with a stone-built barbecue, a well-equipped kitchen, and table football.

The front of the villa is enriched with a 210 square meter green grass garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features a SMART TV.

A fascinating fact about the villa is that it was built by the father of Dusan Popov, one of the most well-known double agents operating during World War II, and he was the original inspiration for the James Bond character.
