This vacation villa consists of the main house with two double bedrooms, a studio apartment on top, and two adjacent buildings. One has a double bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area while the other comprises a private fitness area with a sauna and a private garage for the guests. Villa Aura Dubrovnik is ideal for 10+2 guests.

On the ground floor of the main house, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a direct exit to the pool terrace. The first floor features two bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to a gloriet with a lovely view over the Gruz port and the marina. In the attic, you will be welcomed by a spacious studio apartment with a king-sized bed, a dining area with a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

A lovely terrace with a swimming pool is surrounded by high walls offering complete privacy and peaceful vacation away from the city noise. The beautiful outdoor dining area and sunbeds around the pool give you an opportunity to enjoy some fresh air while having a glass of Croatian wine and tasting the delicious local food. Next to the pool, you will enter the private fitness area and a sauna with a shower. From the terrace, you can also enter the tavern with a stone-built barbecue, a well-equipped kitchen, and table football.

The front of the villa is enriched with 210 square meters of green grass garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features SMART TV.

A very interesting fact about the villa is that it was built by the father of Dusan Popov, one of the most known double agents operating during World War II, and he was the original inspiration for the James Bond character.
