The modern apartment near the beach and center of Split is brand new, and modern and offers comfortable accommodation for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed and large LCD TV, while the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a beautiful and spacious living/dining area and kitchen with a direct exit to the large, sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher. One bathroom is also available in the apartment and offers a shower and washing machine.

Apartment Lu is just few minutes walking distance to the beach and the main promenade - Riva, Diocletian's palace and the center, so it is ideally positioned. Supermarket is within the same building where the apartment is and bakery is 50 meters away.

Free parking can be organized upon request. There is also a possibility to pick our guests up at the airport, at additional charge and with prior arrangements. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment is located next to the center and the beach, the owner is very nice. The apartment is clean and great. We had a great time and would come back again.

Clean, sophisticated, well-equipped apartment. Close to downtown, beach. Flexible (we arrived earlier), kind accommodation lady. It is on a busy road, the soundproofing of the apartment is perfect, and no noise is heard. There is a grocery store at the bottom of the house. Parking is easy even in front of the house. I recommend it to everyone.
