Beautiful pool villa near the beach, Brac is located in the wonderful village of Sumartin on the island of Brac. Villa Rose Sumartin offers its guests the perfect opportunity to explore this magnificent island and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere this village has to offer. Sumartin is an authentic part of Croatia, with stunning beaches and crystal clear sea, traditional restaurants with local delicacies, and a perfect setting for a relaxing and luxury villa holiday.

The neighborhood consists of quaint stone houses in the middle of olive groves, orchards, and vineyards. The effort and dedication of the local people are reflected in every tree and bush.

The most enjoyable part of Villa Rose Sumartin is the pool that dominates the outer part of the villa and the outer decking area. It is a garden outside of the villa built to help keep children entertained with swing sets and play areas.

This traditional Dalmatian stone house is furnished with traditional wooden furniture from the early 20th century. It evokes a homely feel whilst still being modern and providing all you need to make your stay in the villa one you will never forget. The modern, equipped kitchen indoors and the outdoor cooking area are perfect for those warm Croatian nights with your loved ones, enjoying our traditional food. Villa offers 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 twin) and 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate 8+2 guests.

This is a fantastic villa for a family vacation. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house is very well equipped, and the location is ideal—a short walk to the town and the restaurants, the beach, etc. The people are very nice! I highly recommend it!
