The first floor features four double, contemporary-designed ensuite bedrooms. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned with LCD TVs and balconies with a garden view. You can relax on the rooftop terrace, offering a magnificent view of the estate and the sea.

The most inviting area is an expansive terrace decorated with a wooden deck all around and a large 18-meter-long swimming pool, which can be used as an outdoor-indoor swimming pool depending on the time of year and the temperature outside. A summer kitchen with a barbecue and a beautiful alfresco dining area is ideal for enjoying the local delicacies combined with fine Istrian wine during the magical summer evenings.
