Villa’s owners wanted to create a stunning piece of architecture that complements the landscape, and they have succeeded by using only domestic materials in the spirit of the country’s traditions over the centuries.

Villa Donna Istria is not your usual luxury villa - through its art, literature, and architecture, it depicts Croatia’s history, and at the same time, it breathes a breath of contemporary reality with modern amenities.

This spacious villa has three floors, each with a particular purpose. The lower level is designed for entertainment, wellness, and fitness. It features a gym, a sauna, a rainfall shower, and a billiards area with a wine cellar and picture gallery.

On the ground level, there is a spacious kitchen filled with light and modern appliances. The dining area exits onto the terrace with a swimming pool. The living room has a fireplace, a flat LCD TV, a library containing Croatian masterpieces translated into several languages, and a big bedroom hidden behind its walls.

The upper level is designed for relaxation and contains three luxurious and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large balcony, allowing you to enjoy the views of magical Istrian nature.

The estate provides privacy and protection from unwanted views while relaxing in a 50 square meters heated pool, lounge area with 6 deck chairs for sunbathing, or terrace with a ﬁreplace and a dining table. You can shake off your everyday stress on a mini-golf course.
