This floor also includes a small gym, a laundry room, a guest toilet, and one spacious double bedroom with an additional sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A wooden staircase leads to the villa's first floor, which features six double bedrooms. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom share one bathroom, while all other bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature private balconies with stunning sea views and unforgettable sunsets. One bedroom on this floor also has a large terrace with a garden view.
