On this floor, there is also a small gym, a laundry room, a guest toilet, and one spacious double bedroom with an additional sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, featuring six double bedrooms. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom share one bathroom, while all other bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature private balconies with stunning views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets. One bedroom on this floor also has a large terrace with a garden view. All bedrooms are individually designed and modern, so every guest can find the one that suits them best. There are additional sofa beds in three bedrooms, so there is enough space for all additional guests.

The swimming pool terrace is located only a few steps from the sea and the pebble beach. In the shaded pergola, there is a large alfresco dining table, with sun loungers set around the pool. At the back side of Villa Beach Life Mirca is a small, roofed patio next to the barbecue and a ping pong table. There is also a gated, private parking area suitable for up to 4 cars, and a small garden with old olive trees and grape vines.
