It is located only 2 km from Primosten's charming small town and 10 meters from the sea and private beach. Primosten is a lovely coastal town, hidden among the trees and surrounded by a transparent azure blue sea.

Villa Eloise 1 is spread over three floors and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one guest toilet, a heated pool, and a sauna with a shower. It can accommodate six guests.

The floor below has a half-covered pool (24 square meters), a sauna with a shower, and access to the sunny terrace with glorious sea views.
