Villa Bella Primosten spreads on three levels. The ground level comprises an open-plan kitchen, a living room with modern sofas, SAT-TV, and a bathroom. On this floor, a large terrace offers magnificent, panoramic sea views and the most beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic.

The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is modernly designed, air-conditioned, and soundproof, and has a flat-screen SAT TV and a balcony with a sea view.

The second floor of this luxury seafront villa with a pool, Primosten features another well-equipped kitchen and living area and one double bedroom with a bathroom.

There is an additional apartment with one more double bedroom and a bathroom, separate from the main house, and it is perfect for staff or extra guests.

Villa Bella Primosten offers five double bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests.

There are several terraces outside of the villa, perfect for complete relaxation while enjoying the magical view. The deck nearest to the sea offers an infinity swimming pool and sun loungers. In contrast, the upper terrace features a large outdoor living area with a wooden dining table and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. A few steps down the pathway leading to the private beach with sunbeds available only for the villa's guests. Table football and billiard are available indoors.
