The first thing in this villa that captivates you, is the heavenly terrace with a heated infinity pool and an endless view. Every day, you're able to enjoy the most beautiful Croatian sunsets, while swimming in the infinity pool of Villa Raphaela.

Razanj is a small, friendly, and peaceful settlement of Rogoznica, halfway between the historical towns of Split and Sibenik. This small fishing village attracts its guests with the crystal clear sea, pine forests, and beautiful beaches and bays. In the evening, you can walk along the picturesque promenade. During the day, Razanj offers a variety of activities. With organized boat trips, you can visit the nearby islands or the larger coastal towns in the area.

One of the special features of this luxurious holiday home is the possibility to enjoy a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea and the sunsets through large glass walls from all bedrooms, the living room, and the terrace. The experience of the villa's terrace is unforgettable. The refreshing outdoor infinity pool is a magnet for every pool lover. In addition, the terrace has sunbeds, a comfortable lounge sofa, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area.

Villa Raphaela features two floors, with a total of 220 square meters of living space. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests (6+2).

The ground floor is a comfortable open-plan space with a cozy living room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. From this area, you have a direct exit to the beautiful terrace. Two guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room if needed.

Elegant stairs from the living area lead to the first floor with three double ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom features an LCD TV and a sea-view balcony.

The luxurious Villa Raphaela is only 100 meters away from the sea and 500 meters from the center of Razanj.
