One of the world's most famous beaches Zlatni rat is only 20 minute drive away and in case you feel like partying there is a town of Bol with vibrant night life.

The beautiful large 8,5m x 4,5m swimming pool (the pool has a heating/cooling system, a geyser pump and underwater back massage) is the first thing you notice when you get here. Right next to the pool is a dining area with grill, perfect for lounge next to the pool, dine alfresco or take in the stunning view of the sea. Adjacent to the house is a private parking available for our guests.

Villa Magnolia Selca covers an area of 150 square meters, features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, outdoor pool, outdoor dining area and is a perfect vacation villa in Brac for 6+2 guests.

This lovely, industrial style villa consists of open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with sliding glass doors that let in natural light and outdoor views and offer direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is nicely decorated, equipped with LCD TV and spacious enough to accommodate an additional bed for two persons if needed.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, an en suite bathroom and plenty of natural light. Additional bed for children or an adult can also be placed in one of the bedrooms upon request. Centrally placed atrium provides a private, peaceful place where you can enjoy a nice view to the starry sky or play a game of chess at the hand-made stone table with a chessboard. The house also has a pantry and an additional bathroom with a washing machine.

Island Brac is one of the most popular and most easily accessible Croatian islands, it takes you less than an hour to get here by ferry from Split. Apart from outstanding location this villa is offering much more. Ideal for families and smaller groups this villa will fulfill all your holiday expectations.
