Villa Dubrovnik Old Town is only a few minutes walking distance from Pile gate, the main entrance to the Old Town and a nice ten minute walk through a pine forest to town's beaches. Originally built in 1930s by a wealthy family from Dubrovnik, villa comprises 400 square meters, divided into two floors with spacious terraces and a garden.

There are five suites, two on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. All of them share a subtle, sophisticated note, each retaining a unique personality expressed in artistic details. Four of five private bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, while bathroom in suite number 3 offers a tub. All bedrooms are double and equipped with LCD SAT TV. Wi-fi is available throughout the whole villa. Villa Dubrovnik Old Town features central heating, so it is available for rent throughout the year. An outdoor Jacuzzi and fitness room with sauna contribute to the villa's relaxing atmosphere. Located near the center, but quiet and modernly equipped Villa Dubrovnik Old Town is a perfect choice for all who appreciate location, ambiance and comfort during their vacation.

The large ground floor terrace is immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation and provides an ideal combination of sun and shade. In the corner of the terrace, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Spacious stone terrace on the upper floor, sunny from sunrise to sunset, offers great views of the Old Town and the Fort of St. Lawrence (Lovrijenac).

The ground floor features two suites with private bathrooms, a large joint salon with a toilette, and a completely furnished and well equipped kitchen. With all the necessary appliances, the kitchen still retains some original details, such as the old stove. From this floor there is an access to the basement level with small gym and sauna with shower.

The upper floor of the house features three suites with their own bathrooms, all have direct access to the large front terrace, perfect for enjoying early breakfast or an evening cocktail.

Villa Dubrovnik Old Town is fully air-conditioned and features sauna, gym, outdoor Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen and 5 en suite bedrooms, perfect for accommodating 12 guests; 10 in bedrooms and 2 persons on extra beds.
